14-day return right
Under EU and Bulgarian Consumer Law, you have 14 days to return standard items for any reason.
Item condition
Returns are only accepted if the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom orders exclusion
According to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
Return costs
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the Customer.
